• Aesthetics – When it comes to websites there is nothing superficial in caring about your aesthetics. If it looks bad… Users will leave.
• Functionality – Is your website capable of offering everything you and your users want it to?
• Usability – Is it easy to navigate? Is it easy to understand? Is there too much going on? Will it confuse your users?
• Appeal – This ties into some of the other categories, but will your users enjoy the site? Will they stay and browse around?
• SEO – Does your site have enough content to be search engine friendly? How is your website built?
• Marketing – We take ourselves out of the “creative” mindset, which can be distracting, and we evaluate if the website will market your products or services well. If it does not do this very well then it does not matter how it looks.

Our Process:

1) We meet for the initial consultation. Here we will share everything about our company and process with you, and we will dig deep to get a full understanding of your needs.

2) If you decide to move forward we collect half of the total price to get started. We then begin to collect all your content, login info (if you have it), and we hammer down a completion date.

3) The magic begins! We will get to work right away on your website, and you will start to see it come alive very quickly.

4) After the site is completed we submit it to you for revisions. We then go back and complete all your requested revisions on the website. (This step is repeated until you love your website)

5) Once the website has been finalized we will meet with you once more. Here we will release the site to you, collect the final payment, and give you a tutoring session on how to maintain your site. That’s right… you get complete control over it! (Of course we can manage it for you if you prefer that)
